Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Please make sure that both your email and shipping addresses are accurate and you are present to receive your product. Burton cannot not ship to PO Boxes or APO's. Burton is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Proform Deliveries may take up to 4-6 weeks but should ship much sooner. How can I track my order?

Warranty

All products are covered one year from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship and materials. Gravis shoes and Analog streetwear are covered for six months from date of purchase for defects in workmanship and materials. In the event you need to send an item in for a product service issue, please call our Rider Service line at 1-800-881-3138 to get a return authorization number. Rider Service hours: Mar-Sept 8-6 EST Oct-Feb 8-9 EST.
